Mud man - sounds like you are takin good care of it - if you unscrew the lil thingy it will poop out it's grease and you can start over - just pump till the level moves just slightly in the thingy each maintenance greasing

Why is there a zirk in the side of it then?? Ya I know, I'm not pumping grease into it but I thought there was a different way to bleed the cup. So when it's full that seal inside must just pop out and you can scoop out all the old grease huh!? Ya I may be over doing it but I put one pump of grease in each zerk after a long use. It's an awsome motor I want it to last!

Not that I'm forking stupid! Just new to longtails!!!

These motors are not the only applications these lubricators can be used for. The lubricator in this particular application is not greased on the lubricator probably because Go-Devil wants you to grease the middle zerk to insure the lower and middle bushing is properly greased. The lubricator here more or less catches the overflow and then lubes the lower and central bushings as needed. Just grease it until its full at every use, take the cap off once a year and pump fresh grease into the middle shaft zerk until all the old grease is out, and you're good to go.
