Most likely going to buy a b. w. 35 in the near future, but noticed a post on here from like 2010 saying that the props on the old b.w. were shitty.Did they fix this problem?Any other complaints or praise would be appreciated.Don't want to make a bad choice or purchase. Thanks

The bad reviews came from ppl buying them off eBay. I have a Swomp and there is nothing wrong with their prop or their customer service. They are not a large automated company so keep that in mind. When you order from them the guy you talk to on the phone (prolly either jake or Arlen) is prolly going to be the guy who packages and ships your order. And if by some chance something gets screwed up they'll make it right.

Thanks for the feed back guys.I have heard a lot of good things about b.w. so was just curious if there was any other "issues" people were having.

Here is my 2 cents!!

Arlen is a hell of a guy when I built my longtail I talked to him and since time was critical for me trying to get it done before duck season he actually sent me a prop before I paid for it

He also told me he would Exchange it for another size if I was not happy with it

I'd do business with them anytime!!

From all indications and reports, the BW LT is great innovative step in LT development- and I say they are and will be still viable for a long time to come, in their niche, in particular applications such as where there are relatively short runs, hard bottom, little mud. There have also been critical reports on Ron Hill props, but I can vouch that the 9x6 that I bought is a solid performer and I am currently using it and it compares favorably with MB/GD props. I salute all the tinkerers, new companies, the marketplace, and choices!
