11hp LT on 1448 Jon prop is running too deep???

 11hp LT on 1448 Jon prop is running too deep??? Just need to know which direction to bend the cab plate whether towards the ground or sky, I know to move it about 1/8" at a time just need to know where to start!
Also looking to buy a good used 8x4-5 prop if y'all know of any
