Thinking about a 25 hp longtail. What is the best size boat for this engine?

i had a 24hp honda on an alumacraft 1434( maybe 1436) it was from academy. with me and gear i would do approx 21mph.
friend of mine had the same motor on a all welded 1648 and he ran a lil faster. 24-25mph. so i think the 16 ft will be perfect. plus he carried a load way better than me too. 2 people and i was fine. couldnt get on step with 3, but he could.
