Having a problem with nut between prop and seal collar creeping up to the collar. Any ideas how to keep it against the prop? BTW it's an OLD 8hp go-devil. When I got it not too long ago it was riding on the seal so I lowered the nuts prop etc. per go-devil cause it'll seize now it won't stay down |

If there is room on the threads to use two jam nuts in front of the prop? Take those two and crank 'em together on the shaft to act as a stop. |

What I was saying is that the threads shouldn't be that close I the seal to begin with. |
