 New throttle lever?
I just bought a boat with a 27 hp GDLT, and the throttle lever is kind of a pain to use. It has to go past the handle inorder to reach full throttle. Any suggestions on a new throttle lever, something more along the lines of a bicycle brake style?
Thanks

 Re: New throttle lever?
Bps sells a lever kindof like what a surface drive uses. Slide you're hand back further down the handle and use the base of your hand to hold it were you want it.it's not that bad after you get use to it. I was going to use a lever of a dirty bike but the handle is bigger than a set of handle bars so you will have to use one off a Harley
