Where do you clip it? Or how do you wire it up. Not sure what your asking here. You buy the complete switch or just the pull lanyard?

Not sure with the Honda, but was just trying to clarify. You need a wiring diagram for the switch itself.

Not sure about your setup but all it does is break the circuit. Probably wired into the hot wire on the key switch.

I BOUGHT AND INSTALLED A KILL SWITCH...i installed a normally open switch which i spliced directly inbetween the wire that connects the motor kill switch. well, if the motor kill switch is in the on position i figured out, i can only kill the engine by pressing the button and holding it a few seconds and my engine dies...lol...so its bass-akwards! u need to install a normally closed switch directly inbetween the motor kill switch wires i believe...i gotta buy one...so ill keep yall posted...but it may be that one wire needs to go to ground and the other one inline...sh!t this is aggravating!

Ok... I got it!
The switch I bought has both... Normally open and normally closed.
With the lanyard teather attached, I chose the open contacts.
I ran one wire fron the switch to ground and spliced the other to the
ignition wire (black/red). When the teather is pulled... the switch makes contact and grounds the ignition. Thus grounds out the power to the coils and the engine looses spark and dies. The ignition wire is the wire that supplies voltage to both coils. I am quite sure this will work with any engine...
even your duk truk...
Hope that helps!

I tried to kill my motor by disconecting every wire I could... I even pulled the fuse while it was running... Nothing stopped that motor or even made it miss... The only way to do it is ground out the ignition...

Oh... I just checked my buddies Go-Devil... It has a Kohler. There is one wire connected directly to ground... and I can't tell where the other one is going... It's under the cover.
