31 LT ?
Does anyone run a 9x7 prop on their 31 LT? If you do, does it push you good?

Re: 31 LT ?
10x6 - would be more likely on a GoDevil 31hp....
But pitch choice is dependent on loads and hull weight - the more weight the less pitch...

Re: 31 LT ?
I have a 1656 GD boat and a 31hp LT.I have tried a 10x6 and could only get about 2600rpm.I sent it back to GD they repitched it to a 10x3 and now turns 3620 to 3690 with a fully load boat(6 dozen decoys,3 shotguns 48 quart cooler with food and drinks ammo, foldup duck blind, two 230lbs hunters, etc, etc)and it will run a solid 20mph.And yes the boat is over loaded, but who don't overload there boat.

Re: 31 LT ?
If you add more weight and go with a bigger prop, youre gonna hurt your performance. Usually you go with less pitch when you add more weight. It will let your engine still turn up RPMs instead of bogging down under a load.
