 Safe rpms for a 25hp longtail with a Kohler? I was wondering what rpm yall run your motors. Mine tops out at 3300 rpm right now I dont want to push it to hard but I thought it my be able to do better.

Re: Safe rpms for a 25hp longtail with a Kohler? I turn 4150 OW on a 27 Kohler. 4200 OW is about the highest I would go. At 4150 this allows me to still get it up to 3500 IW with another person and hunting gear.
