hey guys are any of you running this combo? got the boat already looking to get the motor soon. curious how the 23 swomp will run on the semi v hull of the grizzly 1448.................thanks

I run the 23 Swomp on a Lowe 1448 mod-v. Its a pretty sweet combo. With the fishing gear and one other guy I get about 16-17 mph upstream and 21-22 mph downstream on the river I run. On the lake it's about 20 if I remember correctly. Never pulled out the gps with the hunting load. It plows a little when I have it loaded down but I always get to where I wanna be. I have heard enough times how a true flat front is better, but I had the boat before I had the motor and didn't want to go and get a new boat. I'm really happy with the Swomp. I'd guess you'll be really happy with the setup too.

I got the tracker sportsmen 15 its semi v with a 23hp go devil longtail and i get 17with 2 people and dog and 23 by myself!
