 Is this a good deal? Found this on craigslist is it a good deal? Will this boat be pretty slow considering its only 18hp on a 17' boat?

Re: Is this a good deal? With longtails narrow is a little better.Also,for a garage kept 04 the paint is faded pretty bad. My 00 model settin in the yard isnt faded that bad.

Re: Is this a good deal? from the small pic it looks like that is the old style 18hp before they started making vanguards if so its probably gonna be older than a 2004 but i could be wrong
