New Longtail questions
I recently acquired a used beavertail longtail that has some issues. I'm pretty sure the seals and bearings need to be replaced(it makes a pretty bad noise at 1/4 throttle). The shaft has also slowly worked up, the jam nut behind the prop has worn into the bearing housing. That being said, what else can i check for? Ive checked if the frame was bent and it looks fine. Ill attach a picture of the nut below. Thanks in advance for the help.

Re: New Longtail questions
Looks like your shaft is slipping somewhere in the u-joint. Pull the set screws reposition everything and drill holes on the drive and motor shaft where the set screws need to go so that nothing slides up again. Also might as well change all your seals, bearings, new jam nut, and your prop looks shot. $$$$
