I bought a new 1748 mod V boat and am looking for a used longtail. I'm seeing a number of 23hp ones, and there's a Kawi 27hp mud buddy for sale locally. The place I hunt has lots of weeds, and speed is not overly important to me as I wont go super fast in that area- I just want the power to not get stuck in the weeds. Will 23 hp work, or would the 27 be worth the extra weight? Thanks! |
