Help! 27 hp Kohler GD. motor starts and idles and runs wide open fine out of the water. Running full throttle across a lake it starts to bog and dies. When it starts to bog if you pull the choke half way on it will continue to run. Any help appreciated. Thanks. Matt |

Make sure the throttle/choke linkage and stop nuts/bolts are all there. I had a 25 Kohler Go Devil I sold that did the same thing, new owner told me it was missing a stop screw or nut that kept stuff from going beyond it's allotted travel. |
