i currently have 23 h.p. on a gd longtail. the motor is no longer anygood.i found a new 18 hp brigg for 800.00. is that a good price and should it mount right up to my old frame

Not too bad of a price, as long as you don't expect the 18 to perform like the 23. I paid around $1400.00 for my new 23 Briggs. |

defintly not looking for the same performance. i just purchased a brand new pd 36 and wanted to fix the lt for my som to use. thanks for the reply |
