Thanks The 23 originally came with a smaller 2 blade and taller gear ratio than the current 23 with the full size 3 blade and lower 1.7 to 1 gear ratio.... It sounds as if he did the conversion the right way.... Yes, it has more lo end and runs faster too post conversion on a light hull... _________________ Eat - Sleep - Hunt ! ! !
