Never been asked for it nor have i seen anyone asked for it! But you never know! To each is own, but if you act right then they won't ask you for it Plus I know alot of them that work that side of the water way! |

i have been asked one time by a GW that used to be on Toledo Bend. Enough people complained about his harassment and now he is working in north west texas somewhere i think. Even the other GW's around here didnt like the guy. |

It's my understanding that you can have open containers while boating, you just can't be intoxicated. Maybe this is just Chops thing since this run is going to be so big, and he wants to keep it safe.... |

If your passenger is over .08 BAC then he could get a Public Intoxication ticket or go to jail. GW's normally don't jack with you if you have a beer in hand and not acting a fool. Act up and leave all your cans in the boat for them to see and you may take a trip to the Hooscow.

Put em in the front deck or a gun box or maby back in the cooler your are taking them out of to drink I guess. Or you could just drink soda water instead.
