Had a great time hanging out with everyone. Crawfish get a thumbs up this year! Put 3 more good hours on the Genny and she is still rolling strong. That makes 45 hours now. Maybe time to put some more compression to it and see what happens. :D

The funniest part happened in lake pass at the end. Thought autogateman was gonna fall outta the boat from laughing too hard. Definately had a good time. Food was great. Had a blast. Thanks Coe. Hope nobody got a ticket from the game warden. We all got stopped at the end.

By the way, anybody got pics or video???

Had a blast guys! I should be able to post up photos & videos tomorrow evening I went back out again today to do some fishing and made a wrong turn ended up having to get out, wade across the mud & hook up the winch to a tree, I couldn't budge her even with leverage I was running across a small mud flat and hit a root lost all momentum and got hung up on. After cutting the root away from prop I hooked up winch which I had put on just 10 minutes before at the ramp thank God I almost left it but thought twice.

Tide was about 4-6" higher than yesterday thanks to the wind change. Bunch of rat reds and gaftop at the spillway but landed a few nice cats on my jugs. Was out there for all of 2 hours before I hit the wall and decided it was time to head back in.

Going up the river is always fun and for those that were able to make their way to Miller Lake after lunch its a fun much softer mud to play in however the water level was still too high up river but the run down the trails have great views. Later in the summer this area gets real fun.

Glad everyone had fun, I think everyone was stopped by the Game Warden I knew both of those guys so good to see them on the water but they were not in the areas we ran early because of how shallow it was

To the picture up top that crap was like cement you could trim down and damn near pick the motor up off the transom it was so hard.....

The second part of the ride was by far the best, i could make runs like that all day, as a matr fact hey coe we need to make a trinity river ride and hit up all them little trails like that, that was some good looking scenery and alot of fun very pretty back in there with all the cypress hanging over the trails, i'll swim in fresh water all day, you can have that salt crap! I didn't realize the trinity was so pretty, is there any good Bass fishing up in there?

Post Re: Thanks Coe!!!
when we fisrt took out that morning and hit the mud I told my boys this is what its about and then my motor died. It would not stay running and we were stuck big time. Thank God that Chris came back to help. We had a long pull to get to deeper water and I was ready to load my shit and go. I was thinking that this mud was not as fun as it looked on Utube. We finally got it fixed about lunch time and had a blast in Miller lake. That was the place we had been wanting to run. Thanks to all you guys for making us feel welcome and we will definitly be back next year. I will be looking forward to the Caddo run and getting to see my new friends again.

Yeah that was us. They shot a couple of carp. Saw a few small gar but nothing to brag about. The water was pretty muddy so it was hard to see the fish, saw alot of mud clouds though.

I watched the video last night that I shot on the GoPro... some of the videos I sat and laughed at there's one of 3 PD's (not going to name names) stuck & 1 GD everyone is pushing & pulling, me included... Finally you hear "f" this and I hop in the boat and dig myself a hole & shoot out of there a faint "Gator-Tail"!!!! is heard over the roar of the motor as it passes everyone

Great shots going down the trail to Miller Lake, some cool 360 shots, boats going through the locks, BradS reversing through everyone on plane I'll put together a good vid starting later today.
