Well Brooks. IMO the only thing that could top that would have been if you had found the pull-ring necklase that your ancestors had made after knockn back a case of those prehistoric canned beverages..............

Well actually Brooks it would probably be okay to go public but I got to tell you that that can probably belonged to my grandpappy,PawPete. You see back in the day west Ky had been hit with a bad blue mold virus on the dark fired tobacco crop and his crop (he was a share cropper) had failed two years in a row. He had sold all but one of his mules to pay his feed bill and because he was born a democrat,as all poor white folk were in those days, he had lost his job on the county mowin crew when a republican got voted in as county judge . It was far from a republican county in those days but the democrat in the race had got caught bettin against his own horse in a 2mile race which raised some concerns about his character and when it came out that he was cuttin his shine down with some store bought white Licker he was doomed . With his downfall the whole entrenched system got turned upside down for about four years.

This lack of income left PawPete no other choice but to head for greener pastures. He loaded up Sidney ,his one remaining mule and headed to Tyler Texas with my uncle Layton to work the timber yards for my great uncle Ancil who had became a foreman. It was somewhere around the niches river bottoms that PawPete decided to quench his thirst and reached in Sydneys saddle bag for the last shlitz. After rummaging thru for a few minutes he looked over at fourteen year old Layton who was grinning like a possum. Well PawPete knowed exactly what happened and he proceeded to whip Layton so bad he was begin for mercy. Layton swore up and down that he hadn't got nothin outta that bag cept a twist of tobacco when the was restin at the base of a big ole cypress and he turned east walkedcaway and joined the marine Corp. PawPete walked Sydney on into Tyler and worked for anvil for three years til things got straight back home and eventually patched things up after Layton got shot in Korea and came home with a purple heart.

They never did talk about that missin shlitz except for every Christmas afternoon when they sat at the table and drank whisky . Layton hardened from his combat time and able to fend for himself would say,"daddy you know I didn't steal that malt likker........that's colored folk beer and you know I don't like that stuff" and PawPete would always say,"son I have always loved you and always will but I know you stole my last gawldanged beer ......so get outta my house fore I whoops yo ass agin" and every year it would be the same ole tussle full of gawddams and no counts and blood of my own blood. And PawPete would always win and they'd always make up the next day when they were feedin the cows.

Now mr Brooks you have solved a mystery for me and my family. I only wish those two were alive so I could share it with them next Christmas......or maybe I'd wait a day or two so as not to miss one more good fight.

I believe the biggest issue is not design of the prop or who built the prop...

It is more of a lawsuit on trademark name "Big Blade" very similar to how Gator-Tail issued a lawsuit on Mudbuddy for using the term "the original belt drive mud motor"
