trade a hunt should be more popular
I dont know about you guys , but i watch the trade a hunt column regularly and it should work. im from sc and would love to trade out some out of town hunts. i go to the delta in la 2 or 3 times a year to duck hunt and would like to find someone around that area to swap out some huntin and fishing with. I have a pretty nice houseboat in the santee swamp with good duck deer hogs and fishing. am I the only person out here that thinks like this. Man, you could do twice as much and save a fortune.

Im lookin for a Common or Red Breasted Merg, both goldeneyes, and a swan. Got pretty much every other duck on the wall except for the sea ducks. We shot 16 duck species and 5 goose species last year.

Re: trade a hunt should be more popular
makes sense, i never thought of it like that, probably would have them back in your spot, im probably older than a lot of you and may be thinkin a little much "old school". lost a couple of my best buddies and they are hard to replace, im 49 and love hunting and fishing, just seems like the guys that can go are all broke bums and the ones that can pay their way and do their part, all have to work. I cant be the only person here with this problem. and thanks for the imput

Robin you need to free lance hunt North Dakota. If you want to go there I can point you in many directions to hunt. I hunted up there for many years. Now I'm working Canada over. We shoot alot of goldeneyes here in Indiana in Dec/Jan. Very common.
I have trade hunted with alot of guys on here and from other places where I met them.
