Yeah, the headline is definitely a WTF...it's one thing if your naked in your own house and someone happens to walk by and glanced in your window and happen to catch a glimpse of you...and a whole other thing if you walk to a different window and stand in the open so as to let them get a better view of you after you know they are outside your window. Still, pretty funny...
