Im a fan of Rendezvous... I favor the dry ribs over wet. Lots of spots in Memphis that cook up good ribs...

Dry rub. Rendezvous is a good start.
But I will take a good pork shoulder sandwich over ribs any day. Tops is not bad but Paynes has one heckuva shoulder sandwich.
