I worked power plant shut downs which is all large scale TIG and Stick and all X-ray before I was even halfway through welding school because my instructors recommended me!
Good money for a college student but not 4-12s on top of school work. Not to mention got burnt out doing the exact same thing every day at work.

We talked couple years back at caddo bout your job. I said then that sounds like something I would enjoy because its not constantly the same thing every single day. Which is why I do what I do. I can be welding on a fence one day, to working on a commercial building the next, to welding on a boat the next! I like the challenge of new and different stuff.

I'm not saying all this to say hey look at me I'm a bad ass, I'm saying this to prove my point of don't talk shit about my abilities.

If I didn't have a steady job at the college, and able to run my own business and still do things I enjoy, then I would be happy to come down there and work on your job and definitely be able to hold my own.
