Bomb my wife was reading the story to me while I was napping before night shift. Have you seen the likes of this before? Goes to show that packing off duty may save someone[s] life even in church. Our dept gets onto us all the time for not packing off duty. Stories like this sure make you wonder. Randy |

netman, get a Glock 26 and a Thunderwear holster, not even my wife could tell when I was carrying, and she paid attention to all sorts of things if ya know what I mean. She never missed anything. I remember showing her some self-defense when we were dating. She dropped me right in front of her house in front of everybody. That was the end of that crapp.  Best lesson I ever learnt. 35 years later, I know my place on the food chain.

We've had a couple church shootings in our area over the past few years. Mostly domestic oriented. I don't make it public in my church, but I've been carrying mine there for the past year or longer. Most of the folks in my church know what I do for a living, so even though they'd probably balk at the idea of havin a gun in church they'd expect me to respond if something did happen. I hope it never does. |
