I just read online where BP is going to attempt a tighter fitting head on the leak. They are calling it TOPHAT#10. The well will be freeflowing for 24-48 hours as they do the new fit.

No body owes us anything including the GOOD LORD. But everybody please say a special prayer with evrything you got that this thing works and it all comes to an end.

it wont be the end.... just allows for more controlled production from the well... they will have the relief well toward the end of the month

Y'all are fricken crazy if you think they will have this thing totally contained before it is cemented. BP is in no way interested in total containment. They don't want to be able to quantify the amount of oil coming out of this well. Spilled gallons equals $ per gallon and they know estimates are way lower than what is really coming out.

in a coupla hrs,they gonna pass some seismic boats across the top of the location to get an idea

just games!! this oil leak will be allowed to continue till at least November!! This is another political game Obama is playing and he is using this to dig his claws a little deeper into our pockets! I agree this should have been stopped before now. I feel for you guys down there!!
