what is the river going to do between now and the La mud run? Went take a ride yesterday afternoon. Left Ruso's across flat lake to the back of six mile. (had some of veggies). Then came down bayou Jessie (green head slough packed with veggies) out to american lake(deep water even in the back of the lake, and lots of veggies. behind the trees straight across the lake had some shallow water as usual.) took american pass back and played around for a while. River is at 4.7 now and NOAA is predicting it to stay the same for the next week. I was wish it would be below 2' for the run but does not look like it is going to happen. |

I predict that River doesn't even show up for the LA Mud Run at all. He will probably just stay at home that weekend and not deal with all the BS... |

I WAS OUT IN AMERICAN LAKE AND ALSO DUCK LAKE TODAY AND IT WAS HIGH AS HELL, WE WON'T BE ABLE TO FIND ANY MUD FOR THE MUD RUN I AM ALMOST CERTAIN OF THAT SO WE WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THE NAME FROM LA MUD RUN TO THE LA VEGGIE RUN BECAUSE THERE IS A CHIT LOAD OF VEGGIES OUT THERE BUT IT WILL BE FUN AS USAUL AND WE WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME . |

The water has dropped about 2-3in in the past two days, @ the (Berwick boat landing)! The only reason the water came back up more was b/c of all the rain, so hopefully its doesnt rain much between now an the mud run |

It normally starts to drop the 2nd week in July but all the high water we've had I douby it very seriously it will get as low as it did last year. There supposed to be a rise this week but it's gonna stay just like it is. It'll start dropping some next week though. Regardless of the water level, it's gonna be fun as hell!! The level last year was 2.4 and we had mud |

Never been on a mud run with any of ya'll but I can't freaking wait !!!! I am already planing on taking off thursday the week of and I'm thinking about taking off the monday the week after just to get over it. |
