I just read online where BP is going to attempt a tighter fitting head on the leak. They are calling it TOPHAT#10. The well will be freeflowing for 24-48 hours as they do the new fit. No body owes us anything including the GOOD LORD. But everybody please say a special prayer with evrything you got that this thing works and it all comes to an end. |

it wont be the end.... just allows for more controlled production from the well... they will have the relief well toward the end of the month |

Y'all are fricken crazy if you think they will have this thing totally contained before it is cemented. BP is in no way interested in total containment. They don't want to be able to quantify the amount of oil coming out of this well. Spilled gallons equals $ per gallon and they know estimates are way lower than what is really coming out. |

in a coupla hrs,they gonna pass some seismic boats across the top of the location to get an idea on whats goin on with the"cracks"and the bottom rising 10ft.there clearing the area now of non-esential vessels so the cable-draggers can make their passes.people talkin bout' a giant methane bubble gonna kill us all,tsunamis,all kinda good shit.maybe plugging the well not so good idea rite now? dont worry,as long as yall see me"online",yall good. |

Well they haven't given up, and their are people thinking of things everyday and people behind them backing them up, C'mon we put a man on the moon but we can't put a cap on a well! REALLY? |

just games!! this oil leak will be allowed to continue till at least November!! This is another political game Obama is playing and he is using this to dig his claws a little deeper into our pockets! I agree this should have been stopped before now. I feel for you guys down there!! All the people on the Gulf are being used for political gain and you are being thrown to the wolves as far as your welfare is concerned, Cause Obama dont give a rats ass about how you are going to survive! |

What do ya know? Obama got millions of dollars in campaign money from the Arabs and now he is sending the industry overseas. Boy, what a coincidence. We better come up with some alternative energy options cause foreign oil and gas ain't cheap. |
