Anyone else having issues with a PM sitting in the outbox for up to 24 hours or so sometimes before it goes through.

It sits in the outbox until the other party reads it I think. |

Yup, stays there till whoever you sent it to opens it. |

CB is rite.. its in the outbox until someone opens it. then its Sent
