history channel has a new series comin up called swamp people, filmed in south louisiana!! i saw a mudmotor on the commercial!! looks like its gona be interesting!! |

its filmed where i was practicaly raised at... my parin is from and the place end of the world is there old bar/ camp before it was closed down. man the stories that my grandpa has told me about that place. i know several of the guys that they filmed. they were down here last yr doing it. gonna be an interesting show. they filmed one of our friends crawfish docks ( rick phillips of phillips seafood) he was the same guy that Mike Rowe went to when he went down crawfishin with dirty jobs. |

They did few hours of filming out of my boat. I am the white guy with the two black guys... My boat was a wide open green bateau with a Modded PD . It's about time. We filmed it almost 2 years ago. Uncle J |

Was the commercial on the history channel?? Because I look it up on their website, and nothing is pulling up. Did they say when the series was going to start? I am in two episodes. One cleaning alligators, and the other frogging on Tenpoints Lease. |

It looks like a cool show from the commercial couldnt tell what type of mud motor they had from the quick glance. |

Wasnt a gdsd., it was a longtail. Alot of the comercial guys there use longtails or pro drives. U dont see many gts and even less gdsd in that area... |

I saw that commercial. Said Aug 22nd if I remember correctly. If I had to bet (cause I rewound three times) it was a GDSD!  But, we will see!
