Well I just got back from a warehouse I have listed and come to find out the front door is open, the rear gate is open, the side door is open and an overhead door on the dock is open. Thinking to myself this can't be good.
Grab my .40 cal and walk inside (no power) noticed they had begun to clear the place. Called the police told them I was already clearing the place of any intruders. When they arrived I had just finished the sweep. Nobody in sight. They cut the barbwire fence and somehow gained access to the building.
Here's the damage... Anyone want to take a guess of what it would cost to put the power back in?
