 old school motor help??
i have an eska motor i picked up a while back..its a 5hp but i broke the throttle arm off aND I CANT WELD IT CUZ ITS DICAST METAL AND I CANT GET ANY TYPE OF EPOXY TO WORK...ANY IDEAS?

no .....i have a heli arc machine but idk what alloy it is and what not plus i dont wana chance it and fuck it up even worse

mig weld it with a spool gun after you clean and heat the hell out of it.

I use lime. takes about a day to cool! I weld the stuff that can't be welded tho- im always the last resort. I can weld anything- even a broken heart. I got a rod for that!!

TIG if anything, with the part heated and slowly cool. If that doesn't work I would cast a mold and make a new one.
