All it's just not worth it. Pictured below is Scott Neill. My mom & his mom were best friends at A&M together. Scott was involved in a car accident. He was texting while driving and hit a tree, he did not survive. Scott Car.jpg Scott G35 Wreck.JPG We are all guilty of texting or reading an e-mail while driving. Please wait until the appropriate time to read that e-mail or respond to that text. It's not worth your life. Please continue to keep the Neill Family in your prayers this happened earlier this year. |

RIP there was a 3 vehicle wreck last month in Jeanerette. Driver was texting and ran into the back of a suburban causing it to loose control. It crossed the median and hit a van head on killing the van driver. Last I heard is that the kid may be facing vehicular homicide. |

Ik they had a inncident awhile back where a kid was charged with homicide and they said in the futire charges will be heavier! Just doesnt pay to text and drive |

Sorry to hear about it...prayers sent. A co-worker was just T-Boned in his truck by a kid who blew a stoplight while texting. Two witnesses approaching the intersection on either side of the kid saw him punching the keyboard with his head down. They stopped at the light...he did not. My co-workers' truck was totaled and he was shook up but is ok. He saw the kid coming and goosed the gas pedal. If he had not the point of impact would have been his driver's side door and we may have had another real tragedy on our hands. Distracted driving has certainly reached epidemic proportions thanks to texting. |

Prayers sent. This is just my 02 but i think if ya get caught texting while driving and your in a company vehicle you should be terminated. If you are in your personal vehicle your name should go into the computer and should not be able to get a cell phone plan from any cellular carrier. This is a serious situation,way tooo many ppl dying over this. |
