I'm thinking about giving the auto gun a shot. I like the looks of the 3 guns listed as I'm not a big fan of synthetic stock guns. Does anyone have these? If so give me some pros/cons of each if possible. Thanks. |

Are you looking for more of a clays/upland bird gun or do you think you might use it in the blind also? |

I would think the montefeltro would suit you needs just fine. I currently hunt with an M2, but I have hunted with the montefeltro in the past. The montefeltro was noticably lighter but had very similar weight distribution to the M2. Yet I do prefer a synthetic stock on a gun. I have shot the Legacy but never the SuperSport so can offer no feedback on it. I thought the legacy handled great but it didn't really strike me as a duck hunters gun. Probably the fancy etching, also I want to say the Legacy I shot had a 30 inch barrel which was not to my suiting. But from my experience the Montefeltro had the feel of a hunting gun more so than the Legacy. Good luck with your upcoming purchase. |
