 orange duck..... Start off with a plucked duck some bacon ..oranges and spices and a good vintage:
After stuffing bacon and orange into cavity get fire hot and place duck on it for an hour or so:
remove from heat....let cool and serve.....DELICIOUS:

Re: orange duck..... I cooked some ducks last night also. No oranges. Used sweet potatoes and I roasted them after injecting them. Really good. Shoved a sweet potato up their asses.
