Anyone own or shoot one of these guns? I think I'm going to buy this for the Mrs. for her birthday so that she has a good gun to conceal. Thoughts? |

I know that you are asking about the lcr but i really like my lcp. The lcp is lite and very easy to conceal. Recoil is not bad at all and the gun is pretty accurate considering the length of the barrel and i think its about $100.00 cheaper. |

I'v been thinking about the LCR myself.. I'v looked at them in local shops 3-4 times.. Nobody has told me anything bad about um.. I know you can kill with a 22 but knowing your putting some 38's down range just makes it better.. I'v also looked at S&W, they have some really nice CC revolvers out.. The one I want is a bit on the pricey side but puts 357 mags down wind... Its a S&W 340PD I think.... If you get her a LCR let me know how y'all like it.... |

I have a Taurus snubby 357 and I real fond of it--got a semi exposed hammer spur I did not know it until I bought it but Taurus and S&W have lifetime warranty |

I say go for it the only thought I'm curios about is how is the recoil on the LCR with the lighter polymer lower |

The polymer is supposed to absorb more of the recoil than steel. Everything that I have read is that it has less recoil than the S&W .38 |

Wife carries this same gun but in 357. Figure for the same price, I could have a little fun with it also. Great gun, she loves it. She did carry a P3at, stays locked up in the safe now. Todd |
