No joke. Try to get a tool made on Fri afternoon till Mon Morning...No chance. Called TIC one Fri @ 12noon was told that they couldn't do anything till Mon. Several other companies thati've called say call back after 1 when it's noon. and that's not asking for anyone in particular.

I called a company on Monday at about 11am and was told they didnt have any way to look up equipment by a serial number they just write it down when they send it out and when they get in back in they open the file and make sure its the right number.

Then I was told they wouldnt pull the file to check the date it was sent out.

I mean WTF -- really?
