 Fire Some fires we set at the end of the season. Had a bunch of nuclear rats running for it

Re: Fire That is a marsh island. Our lease. 3600 acers that we duck hunt. Burn the marsh to clean it up help new growth come up. Have to burn around the camp so it dosent take over the camp. Try to burn every couple years.

Re: Fire The nutria eat the roots out of the grass. Grass falls over and doesnt allow grass to grow through it and creates a sink whole. Therefore erodes the marsh. I would like to know how much real-estate we lost just because of this reason. Storms didn't help any either.

Re: Fire They burnt Mackay Island here last week, doesn't look like they got a good burn though, very patchy.

Re: Fire Yea any sink holes or spotty grass will not burn clean. Have to get it lite underneath to get a clean burn
