I was looking through some old photos and found this. After a limit of ringnecks on Lake Istokpoga I rescued this hen turkey I found flopping around on top of a hydrilla mat. She was very calm (worn out most likely) and did not fight me a bit. When we got back to the ramp, we checked her over for broken limbs and released her back to the woods. She took off like a rocket when her feet hit the ground.
