If you have served in the military, let us know what branch and how long and what you did, i just wanted to extend a big THANKS and appreciation for what you have done.......I know you guys don't get recognition but here is some from me.....i have family that has been in the military and i have lost family so for what you guys have done can never be forgotten! I am a huge supporter of the military and try to shake hands with a military man/woman in uniform and tell them thanks for what they do or have done for this country!

MMT staff and it's members have always had a great honor and respect to our military. They're the ones who do what they do to keep us free and my hats off to them all.

That's why I created the Military Forum here on MMT, as we have quite a few members who are active and veterans. It's forum dedicated to them because that's the least I could do to honor them and their service to our great country.

May God Bless you all!

Haven't heard about that one. But I'd say hell no, the Stetson is something for cav as it has been for ever and should be left alone. But then again this is the first I've heard of it. Now if they'd go back to the patrol cap again, I'd say soldiers would be much happier.

Yeah that's what I heard. I think it stupid. That would be like the whole Marine Corps wearing French Fourragere

Yea, it was bad enough when they went to th beret and had the rangers pissed. Besides that a good Stetson costs around a hundred bucks. I'd like to know how they budget that when they can't even figure on how to pay us.

Yea that's how they justify most of those expenses. Idk it will be interesting for sure.

The swith to the beret was a horrible idea. It should have been left for rangers, airborn, and SF.

I did 4 years in the Navy 1984 - 1989. Was on the aircraft carrier Forrestal. Worked crash & salvage on the flight deck. I thank God that i was young and by myself. I don't think I could stand leaving my wife and kids for a year at a time to go on deployments. I really feel for the guys that have to do that. Always thank a veteran because you can be you and live in this great country for the sacrifices they make to keep it that way.
