I work for marine systems and we have 6 guys in this now and the first guy that entered in the program 3 months ago got a 85.00 check already!!! And its all up hill from there!!! Aaawwwwwee yea, financial freedom! This is what I've been waiting for. . . if I wanted to live in a box I know all about the Amway deal. I had someone give us the presentation. The video started with some people riding on a yacht and then stepping out of a nice luxury car. It was so bad that the video never mentioned that it was Amway, so about 3/4 of the way through it I asked them if it was Amway, then they went on to defend it. I bought the starter kit and got into it because I was in the oilfield hotshot business and the guy who was selling it was a company man for Phillips and I was trying to get work out of the deal (which I did  ) We even went to a seminar and listened to a bunch of folks who talked about how much money they made. We even went to their house for dinner and they broke out the caviar which smelled like shit so I sure as hell wasn't gonna try it.I never sold anything, just figured I'd spend money feeding him for the work anyway so it all balanced out. |

I have a client that sells Amway. He also owns Ambrosia bakery ( a very well known bakery in Baton Rouge), and a daycare. Hes a good dude and told me- if you have a little extra time to devote to Amway, you can become VERY wealthy. I just dont have the time for it. But I am a firm beleiver that it works. Just my .02 |

WHO SAID THIS WAS AMWAY??????? THIS ISN'T AMWAY! AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO DOOR TO DOOR SELLING ANYTHING! I'LL TELL YA'LL WHAT I'LL BE THE TEST RAT ALONG WITH THE OTHER 10 PEOPLE HERE AT MSI. IN THREE MONTHS WHEN ITS PAYING FOR ITSELF AND I'M PUTTING MONEY IN THE BANK I'LL POST A PIC OF THE CHECK. THEN YA'LL CAN DECIED THEN. I WOULDNT CARE IF ITS 100.00 AT FIRST BUT EVERY MONTH IT GOES UP. THE GUY THAT FIRST STARTED HIS FIRST CHECK HE GOT WAS 12.00, THE NEXT WAS 30.00 AND THIS ONE WAS 85.00 NEXT MONTH MAYBE DOUBLE. |

I think they are super at trying to sell super crap and giving false promises that will never happen. If it sounds to good to be true then that should be a "Clue" for you. Here's the flaw- It takes a salesman type, and a lot of convincing other people to join in order to succeed. How do you react when a salesman tries to get you to join something? Exactly what I thought, you reject it. Then lies the problem, it's like every other short -lived fad out there. Metabolife, Avon ladies, Tupperware parties, people don't do it for long, they tire of being a salesman and trying to convince people to buy into something. Sure, it's a rush to start with, but if all your recruits fail to produce over time, your money doesn't come in any more. The major thing that got me was, you can only recruit one person a month. Your waiting list will not hold up, 60th person on the list has to wait 5 years to join. 5 years is longer than any sane person would wait, all interest would be gone by then. This man is making money off of inspirational speeches promising quick money, taking advantage of people who are tired of working and just wannabe rich already. It's shelf life is short, just watch. |

Exactly. I have some friends that got into Ecoquest, they make air & water purifiers. It's the typical pyramid deal but the part I liked about it was that you sell an air purifier and you make a profit on it. I would be more interested in selling the machines for a profit on each one than recruiting folks. Common sense tells you that the more your recruit, the more you're creating competition. I don't think my friends are even in it anymore though. |

you dont have to recruit people to make money. to buy things off of the website, you have to have an access code. when people buy using the access code you gave them, you make a percentage. so really all you have to do is give people a code to make money. |
