Diagnosis is not too good... Acute Liver Failure... Caused by taking acetominiphin(common pain relievers) while having alcohol in his system.Doc says it's gonna take a lot of rest and a lot of prayers.His body is slowly recovering, but we have a long road ahead. You guys on here are keepin' me strong! Thanks so much Rod |

Re: need some... Coon, a very good friend of mine in college tried to kill herself by eating a whole bottle of advil when she was stone drunk. She recovered and basically the docs told her she couldn't drink anymore. Eventually, she got to the point where they told her one glass of wine per month.

Re: need some... Things are looking somewhat better today! Dr's are very optimistic and his vitals are making the needed comeback. We're not "out of the woods" just yet, but the prayers are working!
