I just recently had to put the purchace on a cabin (rite next door to some water frontage where I live) ... it ain't much .... 'bout like the cabins at Cripps at Caddo. With a little help it will be suitable to sustain life fo a few days.

I thank I'm gonna wants to rent it out as a "week-end" type of a deal fo huntin' and fishin' or just gittin' out somewhere's you can come and have a ground fire and just hang .....

I really don't wants to make a biddness out of this ..... just some little extra $ to help cover the expense of taxes, insurance and so forth.

if it is too public the Government wants there cut...... I know in LA you can make a business and pay some insurance and use alot of the expenses as tax breaks. It seems you arent wanting to go the thr paperwork rigamaroooo. Word of mouth and accept CASH ONLY.
