I don't know if you are looking to leave that thing in your boat permanently like an onboard charger or not. But, if you're looking for a good portable you may want to look at one of these.

I have the 3000w power inverter and 2 million cp cordless spotlight and I can't complain about any of the three. Now that Black & Decker bought out Vector you can buy these chargers at Wally World. I think it was about $65-70. It has the jumpstart, voltage meter, desulfurization mode, and alternator tester. It also charges flooded, gel, and agm batteries. It charges in three stages and will float when done.
