As always the food was great. I sure love me some Prejeans. Clementines made an awesome tuna steak.
Marc LaSalle at LaSalle's got me fixed up with a nice cook set. It is nice to deal with a local owned little store that gives a damn about what they sell you.
Ben and Tanya.....thanks for opening up your home to us. Classic country Saturday night ought to be a tradition at everybody's house....probably start it at mine, except we'll try to eat before 2:00. LOL

Stopped over at Best Stop on the way out of town and picked up some graton meat and hog lard as well as some seasoned pork. Gotta get this new set up broke in proper like.
