I wonder what you do with a gator that size. I know you can eat the tail but I've always wanted to mount a 5 or 6 foot one with a wood duck in its mouth if I ever get drawn for tags. Thats probably too big to go to the taxidermist. I bet you would spend over 2k at a nice shop. |

I found a guy in Waco that does it as second job but still does a pretty good job. He did a couple ducks for me that turned out great. I got the first one done for $100. Anyway, he quoted me at $800 for a 6 foot. Sometimes you can get lucky and find guys like that. Word of advice to anyone that deer hunts south texas: don't get you mount done down there. Bring it back home with you unless you just enjoy throwing money away. |

Eat the tail? Shit Eat the Leg, Back, Tail and Jaws Jaw meat is the best IMHO That would be a blast to hook into |
