When I was single and negotiations came to a stalemate I would employ a technique known as "swing for the fence" Just act like it's all good and start polishing the bishop. Right next to her. Don't say a word. She'll say something eventually and you just say "if I don't take care of this, I won't be able to sleep and it causes some discomfort the way it is." Go back to what you were doing. According to my records 6/12 helped me out of my situation. The other 6 never answered my calls. |
