 Trailer Title Bought a boat from a buddy of mine. Guys still not done with his divorce and the boat is half his wife's. Im in LA so boat is not a problem getting it registered, but I still don't have the title on the trailer to transfer it and apparently wife don't want to sign it over. Is there any options for me, i'd like to sell the boat but i can't at this time due to not title on the trailer.

Re: Trailer Title If you have a bill of sale, you can file for a lost title with the DMV.
