I read the thread below about their CS and I thought I'd share my recent story also. On Tuesday while setting out my dekes, I felt water running down my leg. Turns out, there was a dime size hole in my waders, Columbia Quad hunter waders, their top of the line. Well, after I got back from the hunt, I called their CS dept. and they gave me a number to call. I got ahold of the MFG of the waders and told them my problem, they said, no problem, we'll replace them for free. Best part was, they are located in MN, about 40mns from my house so I drove down for the exchange. They asked no questions and handed over a new pair. They are awesome for sure....
