Just to let yall know Me and a crew of fellow south La cajuns will be making our way to Alto, TX to do some rock crawling/trail riding at the Shiloh Ridge ORV park. We will have a convoy of 4 tow rigs with trailers and trucks.
Will be headin I-49 to Nachitoches, then taking Hwy 6 to the TX state line. I will hop on 103 after Milam, TX and go to Lufkin, TX and take the loop around Lfkin to go to Hwy 69 N to Alto.
If some of you are there look for the Toyota in my Avatar. I will be in a group with a Green Z-71, White jeep, and a Brown Tahoe!

when it is done we will need to make a run for the rock, but that will be a little ways down the road.

I loved Shilo! Haven't been back for 5 years must be now... I miss my rigs!

I dont care if the trails are muddy, But id like to see the camping areas not too mushy so we can have a dry place to stay. At least it wont be dusty as hell.

It holds its own. THe motor is slow but it has enough TQ to crawl. In the mud it needs a lil more pep but i can still show a few people up.

as far as finding a dry spot to camp, you better pitch your tent on your trailer... it's been raining for a solid month here.

Robin I tell you what I appreciate it, but if its too wet for da tent imma sleep in my truck like i did last year.

My 3.slow migh have to hit the rev limiter a couple times this weekend in the slicke clay. Hellicopter hill ought to be fun.
