 Re: project rhino
have you upgraded any electrical charging to handle all those lights? What the factory altenator output is and what is the total draw of the lights?

 Re: project rhino
Rod -- and anyone else with a Rhino type ride -
Do this, and do it now.
Go put you a dusting of cayenne pepper on the wiring. Open her up and make sure that you get a decent coating in there and not just the easy to reach places.
A buddy of mine just had to pay about $1,200 to re-wire his Rhino because some mice got up in there and chewed the wiring insulation down to the copper. Service tech said that he sees it all the time and that the cayenne pepper is a simple prevention.

 Re: project rhino
Thanks for the tip Capt. I park mine under an open barn & is subject to all types of critters.
While we're passin out Rhino advice, mine started makin a squealin noise like a bearin goin out, well... put it up on jackstands, & found that my rear differential mounts had broken off the frame. It's been hard to shift lately. Couldn't figure out why.
It seems to be a weak point in the design. They use 2 lightweight mounts on the top & it hangs. There's a 3rd hole in the bottom of the diff that's threaded that I'm in the process of fabbing a new bottom mount for. That should give it plenty of strength.
